Your business plan must demonstrate how your company operates.
Who are your customers? Why do they buy from you? How do you reach them, and what figures result from this? We connect these answers with a transparent financial plan and tailor the documents to the intended recipient.

Text and financial planning must be consistent.
Your plan needs a clear structure.

For start-up, financing, start-up grant (Gründungszuschuss), business acquisition, or further development of an existing company.
Who will read your plan?
Banks, the employment agency, and investors each review different aspects. The recipient determines which evidence and focus areas are required.
What are your revenues based on?
Describe prices, number of customers, capacity utilisation, and sales channels. An increasing revenue curve without justification is not sufficient as a plan.
Do the text and figures match?
Staff, premises, investments, and marketing from the concept must also appear in the cost and financial planning.
You can bring the following.
- Description of offering, customer group, and benefits
- Information on competition, location, and sales
- Qualifications and responsibilities of the entrepreneurial team
- Existing plan, calculations, offerings, and intended recipient
We will work on this with you.
- Check existing business plan for gaps and inconsistencies
- Clearly develop offering, market, sales, and implementation
- Align assumptions with financial plan and capital requirements
- Prepare business plan and, if required, pitch deck for the respective recipient

Frequently asked questions
Do you also revise existing business plans?
Yes. We first review content, figures, objective, and recipient, then determine what needs to be added or rebuilt.
Can I start with an AI template?
It can be helpful as a working draft. However, market assumptions, costs, revenues, and statements about your company must be reviewed and specified.
Is a pitch deck the same thing?
No. A pitch deck presents the key arguments in a condensed form. It does not automatically replace a business plan and detailed financial planning.
What does working together cost?
The initial consultation is free of charge. For further services, scope and costs are agreed before engagement. Whether funding is possible depends on your case and the necessary approval.
What happens after I submit my enquiry?
In the financing check, you describe your current situation. In a personal discussion, outstanding points and the required documents are clarified. Afterwards, it can be determined which work is appropriate.
Can I start with incomplete documents?
Yes. Bring any drafts you have and a list of your open questions. Missing information and assumptions will be explicitly identified and added as the process continues.
